Terms & Conditions

  • Customer will receive an email upon successful submission of online order.
  • Our sales team will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm the details of the order.
  • Prices are subject to changes without prior notice.
  • No gst charged.
  • Orders are taken in multiples of 5 [e.g., 30, 35, 40, etc…].
  • Orders to be placed at least 3 working days in advance.
  • All orders are served first come first serve basics.
  • All time slot subject to availability.
  • Orders are only confirmed upon payment.
  • Customers are advised to place orders earlier during festive period.
  • No packaging material will be provided according to SFA guidelines.
  • Always order sufficient, based on the number of guests invited.

Self-Collection

  • Self-Collection at  246 MacPherson Rd, Singapore 348578   [Loading Bay]
  • Subject to minimum order according to different menus.
  • Food to be consumed within 2 hours upon collection.
  • Food packed in disposable containers and/or aluminium trays.
  • All necessary disposable plates and cutleries will be provided.
  • No hot drinks provided.
  • Cold drinks a premixed, chilled and packed in cans.
  • We require full payment for all orders.
  • Our sales team will advice on the payment mode.

Drop-Off Delivery

  • Drop-off delivery charge applicable.
  • No buffet setup provided.
  • All orders subject to minimum order according to different menus.
  • Food to be consumed within 2 hours upon delivery.
  • Food packed in disposable containers and/or aluminium trays.
  • All necessary disposable plates and cutleries will be provided.
  • No hot drinks provided.
  • Cold drinks a premixed, chilled and packed in cans.
  • Hungry Indian require full payment for all orders.
  • An additional charge of $50 per level will be applicable for venues without lift landing.
  • Our sales team will advise on the payment mode.

Full Buffet Setup

  • Delivery charge applicable.
  • Full buffet setup with tables and food warmers provided.
  • All orders subject to minimum order according to different menus.
  • Food to be consumed within 3 hours upon delivery.
  • Food packed buffet wares.
  • Hungry Indian require 50% deposit to confirm the order.
  • Balance 50% must be paid upon delivery by cash.
  • An additional charge of $50 per level will be applicable for venues without lift landing.
  • Our sales team will advise on the payment mode.

Cancellation

  • Any orders cancelled after making payment, 50% deposit will not be refunded.
  • Full payment must be made if cancellation of order is made on the event day or the day before the event.

Note:

  • Food is prepared a little more or exactly to the number of pax catered for and Hungry Indian has the final say when it comes to food quantity.
  • Please speak to our sales team if you have queries regarding the quantity.
